Run Club T&C's

• When joining GetRunning, you will need to sign up onto our GymMaster software system which allows you to set up your direct debit

• Once registered you are automatically registered for our weekly run sessions

• The additional run strength circuit class and restoration class is included in the membership.

• Membership payments are paid month by month in advance

• Membership runs for a minimum of 3 months from date of sign up.

• GetRunning Ltd operates 52 weeks of the year with 2 weeks over Xmas at a skinny version.

• You can suspend your membership within your member portal for 4 weeks throughout the year, this includes injury, sickness, holiday or otherwise.

• After 3 month, if you would like to cancel membership we require 4 weeks notice.

Personalised Coaching Membership T&C's

Privacy Policy Statement

• Your details including bank account or cards are held on a third party payment provider to GetRunning Ltd - Gymmaster Software Systems.

• GetRunning does not have access to personal card details and can only be changed by yourself.

• We only collect personal information where this is necessary to carry out our functions

• We may collect personal information about you either directly from you or from other people or agencies, and we may generate personal information about you when we carry out our functions

• We store all our data (including your personal information) on a secure Gymmaster software system

• You can ask us for a copy of your personal information at any time. We will be as open as we can with you but must also ensure we meet our secrecy obligations

• We will only use and share personal information where necessary to carry out the functions for which we collected it, or if required by law
