Running Clinic

Our Running Clinic caters for training right throughout the year targeting key events on the Running Calendar with 12 week cyclical periodic programmes designed to maximize your training and get you to race day well prepared and confident.

We cover your weekly running requirements with the choice of 5 runs and supplement the week with Mobility and Stretch, Strength and De-stress classes.  These group sessions will give you all the motivation and encouragement you need to be the best you can be.

All our sessions are held from our fantastic and modern studio space at 19 Auburn Street, Grafton, Auckalnd. Our longer run sessions are held on Saturday mornings and explore and enjoy all that this great city has to offer. Details of Saturday runs are posted in the members  Weekly Memo.
