5K Run Club

With two intakes we have your first phases of running covered! Our first intake is the first week of Feb with the second the first week of August. Our focus is getting you to a comfortable 40 minutes of non-stop running.  Our coaches and trainers will work with you on a suitable run/walk program towards your goal.

You work in a small group of around 6-8 runners with 1 dedicated coach to ensure one on one focus. The 5K Run Club includes three runs per week - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.
