10K Clinic

We have one intake at the beginning of Block 2 and Block 3 and the focus is on working towards being able to run for 60-80mins non-stop and comfortably.  Our coaches and trainers will work with you on a suitable run/walk program towards your goal.

The 10K Clinic includes three runs per week - Tuesday and Thursday mornings plus our longer Saturday morning session.

At the conclusion of the 3 months runners will be integrated into the Running Clinic.  If runners are ready to move up prior to this, then an upgrade to the full Running Clinic can be made at any stage.
